Hello—I’m Roshaan

I’m a Science graduate with over seven years of private tutoring experience. I studied at Kingston University London and the University of Nottingham, and I’ve spent those years helping GCSE and A-Level students turn difficult science into something they can understand, apply and feel confident about.

What I enjoy most is the moment a student explains an idea back in their own words. That is when knowledge stops feeling borrowed and becomes genuinely theirs.

How I teach

Patiently. There is no such thing as a silly question. If something is not clear, we slow down and find another way to explain it.

Personally. Every lesson responds to the student in front of me—their specification, their gaps, their goals and the way they learn best.

With purpose. Understanding comes first, then recall, application and the exam-style questions that turn understanding into marks.

What students can expect

Lessons are friendly, focused and encouraging. Students have space to make mistakes, ask questions and practise until the difficult parts feel manageable. Where useful, I set focused work between lessons and keep parents informed about progress.
