RHI Tuition (“we”) is a private tuition provider based in Nottingham, UK. This notice explains what personal information we hold and why, in line with UK GDPR.

What we collect

When a parent or guardian books or enquires, we may collect their name, email address and phone/WhatsApp number, plus the student’s name, year group, exam board, subject, tuition preference, preferred trial date/time, target grade and learning needs. If the student continues with tuition, we may also keep lesson notes and progress records.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond, arrange and provide tuition, manage bookings and support the student. We never sell personal information or share it for third-party marketing.

Booking services

After the initial contact and student form, LatePoint processes and stores the details needed for the booking request and its emails. If LatePoint is unavailable, the fallback enquiry is stored securely in WordPress and emailed to the tuition provider.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are normally kept for up to 12 months. Student records are kept for the duration of tuition plus one academic year, unless a longer period is legally required.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete personal information held about you or your child. Contact [email protected] and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible and within the time required by law.
