These terms keep tuition arrangements clear and fair. If anything is uncertain, please ask before booking.

Free trial lessons

Free trial lessons are offered in available slots on selected dates. Dates and capacity can change, and a place is only secured once the booking is confirmed. The trial carries no obligation to continue.

Lessons

One-to-one lessons are normally one hour. Small-group sessions are two hours with no more than four students. Tuition is available online and at a private teaching space in Nottingham; the full address is shared privately after booking.

Payment

Current fees are published on the Tuition & Pricing page and agreed before paid lessons begin. There are no registration fees or hidden material charges.

Cancellations

Life happens. Please give as much notice as possible when cancelling or rearranging so the space can be offered to somebody else. Repeated late cancellations will be discussed so a fair arrangement can be agreed.

Online lessons

Students need a laptop or tablet, a stable internet connection, a microphone and a camera. A parent or guardian is welcome to be nearby.
